Who we are

Sri Drithi Translines provides household and commercial relocation and storage services across South India. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us through this website. If you have a question about any of it, write to info@sridrithitranslines.com.

What we collect

Only what we need in order to quote your move:

• Your name, mobile number and email address
• The service you asked about and the approximate size of the move
• Where you are moving from and to, and your intended date

We do not ask for and do not want your payment card details, bank details, Aadhaar, PAN or any other government identifier through this website.

Why we collect it

To contact you about the move you asked us to quote, to arrange a survey, and to send you that quote. That is the only reason. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone for marketing.

Where it is stored

Submissions are recorded in a private Google Sheet held in our own Google account, and a copy is emailed to our team. Access is limited to the staff who handle enquiries. We do not run a separate customer database.

Who else sees it

Google, as the provider of the tools we use to receive and store enquiries. Where a move involves a partner carrier on a particular route, we share only what that carrier needs in order to make the delivery. Nobody else receives your details unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records so we can serve repeat customers and answer questions about a past move. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will delete your record.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@sridrithitranslines.com or call +91 98765 43210 and we will action it. There is no charge, and asking will not affect any service you have already booked.

Cookies and measurement

This site does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. If website analytics are enabled, they are configured to record only anonymous, aggregated usage, meaning which pages are visited and which buttons are pressed, with advertising and personalisation signals switched off.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
